Lower Level Rooms Available for rent:
Rose Room
On the lower Level 1827 Sq Ft Capacity 116 [seated]-232 [standing only], includes grand piano. This room has a separate access staircase to the front clubhouse entrance and is close to the clubhouse Ladies Room. It is a good staging area as a brides room if you use the Large Auditorium for a wedding and wish to stage a grand entrance through the clubhouse front doors.
Dining Room
On the lower Level 1163 Sq Ft Capacity 76[seated]-152 [standing only], includes upright piano and one step alley access into a Clubhouse hall. A great room for meetings. Same floor access to the Large Kitchen and clubhouse restrooms
Large Kitchen
215 sq ft for use by Renter or your choice of caterer 
The whole clubhouse may be rented.
Meeting halls square feet total 6327, with a seated capacity of 437 . The Large Kitchen with about 215 sq ft is included.
